The Luxembourg Centre for Systems Biomedicine (LCSB) is an interdisciplinary research centre of the University of Luxembourg. We are looking for a Postdoc to analyse high throughput single and bulk cell RNA sequencing datasets, spatial transcriptomics and multi-omics (metabolomics and proteomics) datasets. The successful candidate will be involved in translational medicine projects and will explore and analyse large and heterogenous datasets in human diseases, primarily in immunological and neurodegenerative disorders. The successful candidate will also take an active role on project activities and effectively disseminating findings to the project members and the scientific community through project meeting, conferences and publications. Your profile

A PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics or related fields, with an interest in biomedical informatics and translational medicine
