Full-time, Fixed Term (2 years) About YouThe Research Assistant will undertake research activities in line with the University’s research strategy and is expected to operate with an increasing level of autonomy as skills and experience grow. You will be part of a collaborative, multi-institutional project involving RMIT, Rigetti Computing, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, University of Virginia, and University of Connecticut, investigating the atomic origins of imperfections in Josephson junctions and their impact on quantum computing. You will perform computational and theoretical analysis using a range of techniques and collaborate closely with team members across institutions.
