DescriptionThe Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago invites applications for Senior Instructional Professor (open rank). This is a full-time, career-track position beginning September 2026, and is renewable with the opportunity for progression. The selected candidate will be appointed as Assistant Senior Instructional Professor, Associate Senior Instructional Professor, or Senior Instructional Professor, with rank determined by qualifications. Depending on the rank, the appointment will be for a term of up to five years, renewable with the possibility for promotion. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and providing instructional oversight of the Quantum Engineering track of the Master of Engineering (MEng) program. Instructional responsibilities will include the delivery of up to six courses during the academic year, with the courses having the primary formats of lectures, laboratories, or engineering design projects.
