This project focuses on designing interfaces between active soft devices and dynamic vasculature. The research combines: Soft robotics Biomechanics Vascular biology Device manufacturing The doctoral student will also validate devices in translational preclinical models and collaborate closely with Karolinska Institute and Hospital (Vascular Surgery) for interdisciplinary insights. Preferred Background: Biomedical, mechanical, or robotics engineering; interests in biomechanics, micro/nano systems, and physiology.
