Robert Frederick Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY Position Overview The Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE) seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Associate to join the NSF-sponsored Revolutionizing Engineering Departments (RED) grant team. The project aims to enable and study a cultural shift within the school toward a “living laboratory” ecosystem, promoting innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in engineering education. The postdoctoral associate will work directly with: Professor Allison Godwin (CBE, Engineering Education) Professor Alexandra Coso Strong (CBE & Systems Engineering) Target start date: no later than June 1, 2026, with preference for Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 start.
