Department: TRSM HR & Org Behaviour Located in downtown Toronto, the largest and most culturally diverse city in Canada and on the territory of the Anishinaabeg, Haudenosaunee and the Wendat Peoples, the Department/School of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour in the Ted Rogers School of Management invites applications for a Limited-term (one year) faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, effective July 1, 2026, subject to final budgetary approval. The successful candidates will engage only in teaching at the undergraduate level and service duties of faculty members in the School, while maintaining an inclusive, equitable, and collegial work environment across such activities. Applicants must hold a PhD in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or a closely related field.
