PhD Position in Computer Science (Florida Institute of Technology)

The Computer Information Systems program within the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science is seeking to hire an adjunct instructor with a Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering to teach Introduction to Computer Systems, CIS 5240, a fully online graduate-level course. This course is an introduction to the fundamental hardware components of any computer. Instruction Set Architecture and a study of memories, processor (datapath and control) and I/O components. Investigate the components of the operating system and how it facilitates the user’s ability to perform their needed operations.
