StatUa is a core facility of the University of Antwerp since 2009, with the mission to facilitate scientific research at the University of Antwerp through statistical support to its researchers. Interdisciplinary interactions between researchers and StatUa members have led to many successful research projects across different domains. StatUa’s consultancy services transcend specific faculties and aim to provide state-of-the-art support in statistics, data science and qualitative research methods. Next to statistical support to UA researchers, StatUa also offers services to external partners in the private sector. On top of that, StatUa organises doctoral school courses for doctoral students together with the Antwerp Doctoral School (ADS) and within the context of the Flanders’ training network for methodology and statistics (FLAMES).
