Job Description:Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:The Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Iowa State University seeks to hire two part-time Lecturers to teach undergraduate Criminal Justice courses. Courses assigned may include a combination of face-to-face instruction and online sections. A successful candidate would be expected to teach courses supporting the criminal justice major, including Police and Society, Deviant and Criminal Behavior, and others to be determined by department/program needs. These will be for an initial one-year term with the possibility of renewal.
