Position overviewSalary range: The UC academic salary scales set the minimum pay at appointment. A reasonable full-time salary range for this position is $66,259–$86,453.
Percent time: Positions may range from 11% to 100% time for one semester or one summer session
Anticipated start: Positions typically start at the beginning of the semester (in mid-January for Spring Semester; in mid-August for Fall Semester.)
Review timeline: The Department reviews applications for fall teaching in March and April, and applications for spring teaching in October and November, and for the summer in March (if applicable). Screening of applicants is ongoing and will continue as needed (including hiring for Summer Sessions).
Position duration: Appointments may be renewable based on the program’s need, funding, and performance. Please note: The existence of a pool does not guarantee that a position will be available.
