More information about The Business School can be found here Position summary The Lecturer, Blockchain Enabled Business is expected to contribute to the teaching, research and engagement efforts of the University, in disciplines related to their expertise of Blockchain Enabled Business. Specifically, the Lecturer is responsible for carrying out teaching activities within undergraduate, Masters and Graduate Diploma programs and for maintaining and advancing their scholarly, research and/or professional capabilities. The Lecturer is also expected to actively promote the program by establishing and maintaining memberships, links and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities. The Lecturer is expected to work collaboratively and collegially with fellow academics within the teaching team, and update colleagues and students on developments in their subject area or specialisation. Be adept at analyzing the applications and implications of digital technologies (such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, digital platforms) in economics, finance or business, as demonstrated through research publications, course development, or relevant professional experience. Emerging/Established track record and recognition for quality research outputs which will contribute to existing Discipline and School research areas evidenced by publications, development of new research initiatives, competitive research funding, and industry links. Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, including online delivery and, the ability to produce high quality curriculum or program materials. Demonstrated experience or ability to undertake course coordination role. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with and to negotiate sensitively with students especially on issues related to effective learning. Demonstrated ability to supervise higher degree by research candidates. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, together with a strong commitment to teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration within and across campuses; operating within own discipline and cross disciplinary/multi-disciplinary teams to achieve Department and University strategic outcomes. For candidates with a PhD awarded within the last 3- 5 years there are requirements of peer reviewed journal articles published within the previous five-year window, you need to be active in relevant research areas.  For candidates with a PhD awarded more than 5 years ago: you will be expected to demonstrate a minimum of 2 peer reviewed journal articles, of which must be ranked in Scimago or ABDC and preferably both in Q1/A ranking or equivalent, within the previous five-year window. To be considered for a Senior Lecturer position and above, The Business School operates a research active points system. Points are earned across a spectrum of research within a prior three-year window. Candidates for higher level positions will be considered against these criteria for shortlisting. Position summary

The Lecturer, Blockchain Enabled Business is expected to contribute to the teaching, research and engagement efforts of the University, in disciplines related to their expertise of Blockchain Enabled Business.
