The successful candidate will join a subspecialty team serving Yale New Haven Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital, and a regional outreach program. This role combines clinical service, teaching, and research in a collaborative, academically rich environment. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical sign-out in Head and Neck Pathology. Participate in teaching fellows, residents, and medical students, including the one-year ACGME-accredited Head & Neck/Endocrine Fellowship. Engage in translational and/or basic research, utilizing Yale’s molecular genomics and digital pathology laboratories. Collaborate with basic scientists and participate in Yale Head & Neck SPORE program projects. Potential for involvement in other subspecialty sign-outs depending on expertise.
