This role offers the opportunity to lead one of the largest sections within the Department of Medicine and to support clinical excellence, research innovation, and faculty development across multiple specialties and sites. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the Section of Medical Oncology and Hematology, including faculty mentorship, career development, and academic advancement. Serve as Deputy Director for Clinical Affairs at YCC, overseeing clinical operations, promoting integration across multiple specialties, and advancing clinical initiatives. Promote and support research, including clinical investigation, translational research, laboratory studies, and health services research. Engage in teaching and mentorship of learners across medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty. Foster collaborations across Yale School of Medicine, YCC, and affiliated institutions.
