Appointment DetailsThe successful candidate shall be a tenured faculty member, appointed at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. The appointment as Chair shall be for a term of three or five years (a five-year term is subject to a vote and extension in the third year), with the possibility of renewal for an additional three or five-year term. The successful candidate will remain a tenured faculty member and will revert to their home position as Associate or Full Professor, following the completion of their term(s) as Chair. The position will fall under the jurisdiction of the Toronto Metropolitan Faculty Association (TFA) [www.tfanet.ca].
