Expected dedication: ≥50% academic activities, including research, teaching, and mentorship. Qualifications Certification in Neurosurgery from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or recognized equivalent. Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Strong record of clinical excellence, scholarly productivity, and teaching/mentorship.
