Description

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking to appoint outstanding scholars to tenure-track positions in Microeconomics.


Qualifications

We invite applications from candidates who:

  • Hold a PhD (or equivalent) in the relevant field(s), or

  • Expect to complete the requirements for a PhD in the relevant field(s) by July 1, 2026, or soon thereafter.

Note: All tenure-track faculty are required to have a PhD or equivalent. Candidates whose degree requirements are not satisfied by this date may be appointed as instructors, with the expectation that all PhD requirements will be completed soon thereafter, at which point they will be appointed as assistant professors.
