An excellent publication record, experience in a basic research project and an international internship are important for us. MAIN JOB CONTENT Education Participating in lectures and other forms of teaching in Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs, including courses such as General Psychology, Educational Psychology, School Counseling, Social Psychology, Psychology of Lifespan Development, Personality Psychology, and Client Work and Supervision.Contributing to teaching in Bachelor’s, Master’s, and lifelong learning programs.Supervising, advising, or serving as an opponent for Bachelor’s and Master’s theses.For the position of associate professor: acting as a supervisor or consultant in doctoral programs.Assisting in the organizational support of teaching activities.Engaging in publishing activities.Research Participation in research, development, and innovation activities, particularly: conducting independent research on complex research and development tasks and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, scientific monographs, or peer-reviewed proceedings,actively participating in domestic and international scientific conferences and professional meetings to present research results,contributing to the organizational support of research activities.Other Participation in operational and administrative activities related to the academic position, as directed by the department head, including: performing routine administrative tasks related to course management, utilizing e-learning, and communicating with students via the MU Information System,organizing and facilitating foreign internships for students and academic staff.
