Description
The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Expertise is required in the specific area of medical education. Applicants must have an M.D. or D.O. degree. The candidate must be board certified or board eligible in Neurocritical Care.

Teaching Responsibilities

  • Training residents, fellows, and medical students.

  • The successful candidate should have a strong interest in teaching.

  • Opportunity exists for a leadership position in the Penn Neurocritical Care Fellowship Program.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Attending on the Neurocritical Care and Neurohospitalist Services at Penn Medicine Hospitals.

  • Includes Neurohospitalist-specific work at the Veterans Affairs.
