The successful candidate will engage in: Teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels, including curriculum development and student supervision. Establishing a strong, independent, externally funded research program in electric energy and power systems. Contributing to departmental, university, and professional service. Fostering an inclusive, equitable, and collegial academic environment. Qualifications Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field by the start of appointment. Evidence of emerging scholarly research or creative activity through publications, grants, conference presentations, or professional contributions. Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence at undergraduate and graduate levels, supported by a teaching dossier (including philosophy, sample syllabi, evaluations, and/or awards).
