Supporting and engaging in curriculum development and course management aligned with university and college standards. Contributing effectively to college and university initiatives, and participating in constructive proposals and projects. Supporting and participating in accreditation initiatives at local and international levels. Guiding students to envision their future careers in local, regional, and international contexts and ensuring they are equipped to meet these challenges. Maintaining relationships with students that are conducive to learning. Initiating and participating in effective community engagement activities benefiting AAU and the local community.
