Institution: University of Miami Position SummaryThe University of Miami is currently seeking an Assistant Professor of Clinical Audiology to work in Miami. The Assistant Professor of Clinical Audiology administers and interprets a variety of tests, such as air and bone conduction, and speech reception and discrimination tests, to determine the type and degree of hearing impairment, as well as contributes positively to the visibility, academic and research standing of the department. The Assistant Professor is expected to actively engage in research, teaching, and furthering the field. The core job responsibility of this position is as a diagnostic audiologist, with a minimum of 20% clinical effort allocated toward neurodiagnostic audiology.
