Position Description

The Pillar of Architecture and Sustainable Design at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) invites applications for a full-time Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in Design Computation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching an undergraduate introductory subject on design computing.

  • Leading a graduate design studio.

  • Developing a research-oriented elective course cross-listed for both undergraduate and graduate students.

  • Conducting research and producing creative work within a research-intensive university setting.

  • Seeking research funding from relevant government and industry sources.

  • Contributing to architectural computing research through academic publishing and creative work.


Job Requirements

  • Accredited graduate degree in Architecture.

  • Demonstrated outstanding past academic research, teaching, and professional work in design.
