DescriptionThe Biological Sciences Collegiate Division at the University of Chicago is accepting applications for three open-rank Instructional Professor positions in general biology. These are full-time teaching positions beginning on September 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. The appointment will be for an initial term of at least two years, with reappointment or progression possible following review. Appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Instructional Professor will be considered based on the candidate’s experience. QualificationsApplicants must have a PhD in Biology or a related field in hand before the start date and at least one year of teaching university-level lecture and/or laboratory courses.
