Research focus includes: Assessment of the characteristics of the containment water pool using system codes. Thermodynamic and kinetic aspects of Cs and Sr chemistry. Model development and implementation into system codes. This project contributes to the EU project SOCRATES, addressing gaps in understanding the liquid source term during severe accidents and providing innovative solutions to mitigate and monitor the release of radionuclides into the environment. Qualifications Requirements: Doctoral degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in nuclear engineering, nuclear power safety, radiochemistry, nuclear chemistry, or similar.
